Title of the talk in the People's Friendship University: "On the foundations of the generalized theory of equivalence (anisotropic geometrodynamics)"
The preconditions of the geometric approach which is somewhat different from the classical approach of general relativity are discussed. The reason for its appearance is, on the one hand, the observational problems on a galactic scale, which are currently addressed through the introduction of dark concepts. The quantitative measure of those is much larger than the measure of visible objects for whose description the GRT was built. Besides, the very use of them is not free from controversy. On the other hand, the existence of the observed (gravitational) long-range interaction itself requires some adjustment in the foundations of the theory. The introduced formalism is used to interpret a number of observations without dark matter. In the end, there is a brief account of the theory and first observational results of the effect of optic-metrical parametric resonance, which can be used for additional verification of the GTE-AGD approach.
